Membership can be paid in 2 ways.
Pay in 4 blocks following the school terms.
Monthly Membership - Pay monthly on the 1st of each month from September to June. This will include the 3 weeks in August. (There are no payments in July and August unless you join the Summer programme).
Please note that the classes are priced for 40 weeks (instead of 46 weeks) over the academic year (Aug to June) to reflect the school holidays when there no classes.
The 'Back to School' block will run from 11th August to 11th October (8 weeks).
No classes: Sat 30th August, Fri 26th to Mon 29th September. Block finishes Sat 11th October (off Mon 12th to Fri 17th October).
The 'Christmas Fitness' block will run from 20th October to Sat 20th December (9 weeks).
No classes: Mon 22nd December to 4th January.
The New Year block will run from 5th January to 4th April (13 weeks).
No classes: Mon 16th February, Mon 6th to Sun 19th April
The Summer Beachbody block will run from 20th April to 26th June (10 weeks).
Mon 4th May - Bank holiday special class will be held at 10am
Mon 25th May - Bank holiday special class will be held at 10am
Class recordings will be offered during the times off as a free bonus for home use!
A Summer membership challenge will be offered in July and start of August.
What do I need for the in-person classes?
Please bring a water bottle and kettlebell and mat. If you are a new client, you can borrow a kettlebell for the first few weeks to find the best size for you. If your buying a kettlebell, make make sure you choose a cast iron kettlebell which is much easier to train with than a plastic, vinyl kettlebell.
Zoom classes
Once you have registered, you will be added to the class whatsapp group where the link will posted.
What happens if I cannot make a class?
Please message Sandra to see if there is availability at another class that week (0785 231 0345).
What happens if the instructor is unavailable?
If, due to rare, unforeseen circumstances, Sandra is unable to run a class, you will be notified ASAP and instead a class recording will be sent via the Whatsapp group for you to follow along to in your own time.
What happens if the venue is unavailable?
If the hall is unavailable or if the weather conditions make it unsafe to exercise outside, the class will be held on Zoom instead. The zoom link is posted in the community info whatsapp group description and will be sent to the class whatsapp group.
How do I make sure I exercise safely?
- Please let Sandra know at the start of class if you have any new injuries or health conditions that have changed since the (PAR-Q) Physical Activity Readiness questionnaire terms.
- Please make sure that your workout space is clear of any obstructions.
- Make sure you are hydrated at the start and during each class.
- Stop exercising immediately if you feel faint. If you continue to feel dizzy, please consult your doctor.
- Don't attempt to do any exercises that are beyond your current ability.
