What types of classes do you offer?
We offer two main classes:
Strong & Lean Pilates – a time-efficient blend of strength training and Pilates for core stability, flexibility and lean muscle.
Sizzling Circuits – a fun, high-energy mix of cardio, strength and core training that boosts your mood and fitness.
Where are your classes based?
Our in-person classes take place in Busby and Clarkston, in the Glasgow Southside. If the weather is dry, we take the class outside my garden. We also offer online Zoom Pilates and strength training classes so you can join from anywhere in the UK.
Are your classes suitable for beginners?
Yes! All classes are beginner-friendly, and we’ll guide you through each move with clear instructions. Exercises can be tailored and modified to suit your fitness level and any specific needs.
Do I need to be fit to start?
Not at all. Our classes are designed to help you build strength and confidence at your own pace. Whether you’re returning to exercise, starting fresh, or looking to improve your fitness, you’ll be fully supported.
What equipment do I need?
For Strong & Lean Pilates, we often use a resistance band or kettlebell. This is provided at the start and alternatives can be suggested. For Sizzling Circuits, we mainly use bodyweight or light equipment. We’ll guide you on what to bring or have ready for both in- person and online sessions.
What’s the community like?
We’re more than just a fitness class – we’re a supportive, like-minded community. You can join our WhatsApp group where we share healthy recipe ideas, motivation, and accountability between sessions. It’s a great place to stay inspired and connected!
How long are the classes?
Each class is designed to be time-efficient – around 45 to 60 minutes. Perfect for busy people who want maximum results without spending hours in the gym.
Can I try a class before committing?
Absolutely – we offer a free trial class for all new participants! It’s a great way to see if our style suits you.
How do I join a class?
You can book online via our website or get in touch directly. Choose from in-person classes in Glasgow Southside or Zoom classes you can join from home.
How do I book a class or membership?
You can easily book a class or membership directly on our website. Choose the membership that suits you (Gold, Silver, Bronze, or Strong & Lean Online Club) and either pay in full or opt for instalments. If you're new, you can enquire for a free trial class via the link provided.
What’s included in the membership options?
Our memberships offer a range of benefits:
Gold: Unlimited classes, plus access to Strong & Lean Club and personalised calorie plans
Silver: 2 classes per week with Strong & Lean club.
Bronze: 1 class per week (in-person or online).
